Symposium Description

The purpose of this seminar is to promote, a high level knowledge of high-speed railway technologies, for a selection of graduate engineers and specialized professionals, in order to provide and expand a resource base for the development of high-speed rail in California, as well as, bring students into contact with multinational leaders in these technologies. The aim of this course is to prepare engineers to achieve the best possible Knowledge, by the hand of international experts in railway technology. And, in this way, to put in practice their profession in these employments under the direction of Antonio Arribas and Eduardo Romo, engineers with over 25 years of experience in designing systems for high-speed railways.

The full-day Symposium (May 22, 2017) will be held at UC Berkeley, Banatao Auditorium, 310 Sutardja Dai Hall, Berkeley, CA. A reception will follow in the lobby of Banatao Auditorium.
